Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to pause work where an invoice remains unpaid beyond this period. Late payments are subject to statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate. All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
All content produced becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Anuj Rai trading as Premonition Media London. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing before work begins.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and is payable within 14 days. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if a client acts unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, business name, and email address. This data is received via Framer and may be transferred to Notion for managing client conversations. We may also use Anthropic Claude as part of our internal operations. Your data is used solely to respond to and manage your enquiry. We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 12 months.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights contact us at hello@premonitionmedialondon.com. We will respond within one calendar month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
